FITNESS
Join our top-class coaches as they help you move, sweat, and strengthen! With classes ranging from Full Body HIIT, Low Impact Circuits, Hump Day Pump, Strength & Power and CrossFitness, there is something for everyone, whether you are an absolute beginner, or a fitness pro.
PILATES
Pilates is one of the best ways to improve your core strength.Not just the vanity muscles, but the deep supportive muscle tissue that helps keep us structurally sound throughout our lives.Incredible for anyone who has struggled with back pain, feels out of alignment, or anyone post-partum. You need to do Pilates!
MOBILITY
We all know we should stretch and mobilise more, but sometimes dedicating the time to it can be difficult. In these sessions we focus on some of the typical problem areas for gym goers, athletes, runners, cyclists and too much time spent sitting at the desk! Over the years these issues compound and we can become hunched, injured or have unnecessary pain. Some simple mobility drills can prevent this happening and make your body feel better than it ever has!
YOGA
Corporate yoga classes are one of the best ways to combine the physical, mental and even spiritual. Wake up your body in the morning or unroll your mat after the working day, choose from vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, yin yoga, power yoga, rocket yoga, restorative yoga or accessible chair yohga - we should have a style to suit everyone. 
BOXING
Choose from either Boxing or Box-Fit for your corporate fitness class. With Boxing, not only will you receive high level boxing training and conditioning but these classes are also created to develop new skills. Or else box-fit combines boxing combinations with bodyweight and light resistance exercises to give you a great workout, whilst also learning the fundamentals of boxing!
RUNNING
Whether you are signed up for the London Marathon or a complete running newbie, Run Club is a fun and social way to keep you motivated and fit whilst seeing new running routes and improving your technique and speed over time. Or else try Run & Reps, combining local running routes with repetitions of specific running exercises and drills that focus on the core and lower body. We lead you on a warm-up jog to a local greenspace, where you'll be guided through the prepared workout, finishing up with a jog back to the office. This class is aimed at anyone looking to improve their running, whether you're building up to your first 5km or looking to break a sub 3 hour marathon!

  • Class Size: For in-person office exercise classes, we usually recommend max 15 attendees so the instructor can give everyone the right amount of attention, but it also depends on your space.
  • Location: We can deliver on-site sessions all across London.
  • Variety of Styles: Our array of class styles ensures a session perfectly aligned with your team's preferences and requirements.
  • Duration of Session: Our classes last around 50 minutes, so we can fit office exercise classes seamlessly into your teams workday.

 One example of how we've partnered with a company in the past is we helped train a well-known fashion brand for a 26-mile hike through the South Downs, all in aid for Trekstock, who support young adults with cancer.

 Walking a marathon distance through the hilly countryside is no easy feat, so we are delivering a range of strength and fitness classes to help get their team ready to hit the hills!

 Their first class included exercises to help strengthen the posterior chain, leg muscles, core and even the small muscles around the feet and ankles.

78 St James’s Street is a prestigious office building in the heart of Mayfair, owned by BentalGreenOak and managed by JLL.

We were tasked with designing four wellness rooms, a fitness studio, gym, cardio room and stretch room and then bringing these rooms to life.

Operating alongside our building partners, we created rooms that were in-keeping with the buildings’ heritage, whilst also being functional and beautiful spaces for the occupants.

We then launched a range of weekly fitness classes that take place in the fitness studio, alongside personal training, sports massage and physio appointments. All are available to book through our custom webpage built specifically for 78 SJS and integrated seamlessly with their mobile app.

WHAT KIND OF SPACE DO I NEED?

People often think they can't organise workplace fitness because they don’t have a gym or studio, but the great thing about our service is it's totally customisable! All you need is a meeting room or local park to get started. However, if you have a wellness room or studio that is under utilised and needs managing, check out our Wellness Room Service.

DO I NEED TO INVEST IN A LOT OF EQUIPMENT?

This is entirely up to you! Our instructors can lead corporate fitness classes with just a few mats, or we can help you source equipment for a dedicated wellness space. You could even see if people want to bring their own (don't we all have a yoga mat somewhere?)

WHAT KIND OF SESSIONS CAN YOU DO?

Our network of instructors has grown to include anything from corporate yoga or Pilates instructors to boxing and jiu jitsu.
