WHAT IS THERAPY?

Therapy, also called psychotherapy or counselling, is the process of meeting with a therapist to explore difficult feelings which may be due to the past, current challenges or worries about the future, and helping you to find a way forward.

Why may someone choose to see a therapist?

Someone may choose to see a therapist for a number of reasons to support their mental health. This can range from ongoing struggles with anxiety and depression, to crisis management when something happens in our lives and we need some extra support. 

How do PEOPLE access support from a therapist?

You can access a session with one of the therapists using the That Day online booking system, which is constantly updated with their availability. You can watch a therapists video and read their bio to find out the ways they might be able to support you.

ARE sessionS confidential?

Therapists are obliged to protect confidentiality but will have to reach out to the appropriate people if they feel that someone is at risk of hurting themselves or others.

WhEN ARE THE THERAPISTS AVAILABLE?

Although this is a corporate counselling and therpy service, our therapists are not just available during traditional worlking hours (9-5). In order to be able to work around your employees schedules, our therapists have very flexible availability outside or normal working hours as well.
