CORPORATE YOGA CLASSES

YIN YOGA
Developed to penetrate deep into your connective tissues, Yin encourages you not to use your muscles, but hold passive poses for several minutes, concentrating on static movement, breath work and meditation for a deep and rewarding practice.
VINYASA YOGA
This fluid, full-body flow will get you feeling loose & flexi! Following rhythmical, breath-coordinated movements allows you to connect the body and mind, bringing inner focus whilst getting a good workout!
POWER YOGA
Dynamic and fast, Power Yoga is like no other! Working through a series of poses in sequence with emphasis placed on strength, stamina, posture, and mental focus. Prepare to work hard and work up a sweat!
ROCKET YOGA
 As the name suggests, this is a fast-paced practice; its postures are a marriage of tempo and sequence with enhanced drills and core routines, promoting renewed vitality and energy.
CHAIR YOGA
Chair yoga allows you to perform yoga poses while seated or using a chair for balance. Chair-based yoga offers the same benefits as traditional yoga, like boosting strength, flexibility, and mental well-being - but is more accessible for those who would find following a traditional yoga session challenging.
HATHA
Stretch, release and discover balance. This slower-paced class emphasises static postures, focussing on stretching and breath to leave you feeling rejuvenated.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Healing the mind and body through simple, held poses, your body will experience the benefits of a pose without exerting effort. More rejuvenating than a nap, this class focusses on relaxation.
YOGA NIDRA
This ancient form of non-physical yoga, is the perfect antidote to modern stress. Through guided body scans and visualisations, learn to balance the mind between the waking and sleeping states. This powerful practice opens internal gateways to deep relaxation.
YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Not everyone has mastered the crow or conquered their Warrior II.. Our Yoga For beginners sessions are lower in intensity, people can ask the questions they’ve always wanted to ask and we create a class that simply makes you want to come back again!

WHAT CAN WE DO?

  • Class Size: For in-person office yoga classes, we usually recommend max 15 attendees so the instructor can give everyone the right amount of attention, but it also depends on your space.
  • Location: We can deliver on-site sessions all across London.
  • Variety of Styles: Our array of class styles ensures a session perfectly aligned with your team's preferences and requirements.
  • Duration of Session: Our classes last around 50 minutes, so we can fit office yoga classes seamlessly into your teams workday.
  • Equipment: We are happy to recommend equipment and help get them to you in time for your first class!
  • Class Frequency: We offer the flexibility of hosting classes on a daily, weekly, monthly, or one-time event basis.

78 ST JAMES'S STREET

78 St James’s Street is a prestigious office building in the heart of Mayfair, owned by BentalGreenOak and managed by JLL.

We were tasked with designing four wellness rooms, a fitness studio, gym, cardio room and stretch room and then bringing these rooms to life.

Operating alongside our building partners, we created rooms that were in-keeping with the buildings’ heritage, whilst also being functional and beautiful spaces for the occupants.

We then launched a range of weekly fitness classes that take place in the fitness studio, alongside personal training, sports massage and physio appointments available to book through our custom webpage built specifically for 78 SJS and integrated seamlessly with their mobile app.

WHAT KIND OF SPACE DO I NEED?

People often think they can't organise workplace fitness because they don’t have a gym or studio, but the great thing about our service is it's totally customisable! All you need is a meeting room or local park to get started. However, if you have a wellness room or studio that is under utilised and needs managing, check out our Wellness Room Service.

DO I NEED TO INVEST IN A LOT OF EQUIPMENT?

This is entirely up to you! Our instructors can lead corporate yoga classes with just a few mats, or we can help you source equipment for a dedicated wellness space. You could even see if people want to bring their own (don't we all have a yoga mat somewhere?)

WHAT KIND OF SESSIONS CAN YOU DO?

Our network of instructors has grown to include anything from Pilates or yoga to boxing and jiu jitsu. If you consult with your employees and they want something specific, we will always try our best to pair you with the best trainer for your needs. Download our brochure for the full list.

DO WE NEED TO SIGN UP TO A YEARS WORTH OF CLASSES?

If you are after something more short term, like 6-8 weeks of sessions to prepare your team for a company sporting or charity event we can definitely do that as well! Whatever the fitness challenge is, we are sure to have an trainer programme to meet your needs.
