UNDERSTANDING TRAUMA AND THE IMPACT IT HAS IN THE WORKPLACE
THE FISH IN THE CORNER
JOIN US AS WE DEEP DIVE ON WEDNESDAY 14TH SEPTEMBER AT 11AM
That Day are excited to announce the first of our new deep dive panel discussions, exclusively for HR professionals and Mental Health First Aiders.
Join That Day’s Resilience Coach, Josh Connolly, and Psychotherapist, Lottie Boswell, as we explore the widely misunderstood subject of trauma, and how trauma can manifest in the workplace.
Learn how trauma originates, and how we build parts of ourselves to protect us from feeling this pain again in later life. These parts can show up in the workplace, and when events such as a global pandemic occur, feelings of trauma can resurface, and can contribute to feelings of anxiety, avoidant behaviours, and burnout.
As one of the UK’s most influential mental health advocates he regularly speaks on BBC, ITV & Channel 5 news. Josh has also spoken in the House of Commons, contributed to mental health policy and even advised the scriptwriting team on Hollyoaks.
He has run resilience workshops for village schools and global brands alike. Additionally, he is an ambassador for Nacoa – a national charity supporting people affected by a parent’s drinking.
Lottie Boswell is a BACP Integrative Therapist who trained at the Minster Centre in London with an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy.
In her private practice work with clients she specialises in, amongst other things, anxiety and panic attacks, work related issues, including stress and burnout, and helping those living with PTSD.
Register now and join us on Weds 14th September at 11am. We'd love to have you on board.
