Paul works with leaders as a sounding board, coaching individuals to think through and solve their real world challenges in the business. Encouraging people to take ownership of their careers, Paul works with them through internal moves, promotion and transition to ensure they are continuously stretching themselves to make a difference.
These individual sessions allow leaders to explore roadblocks or things they have been struggling to work through in their own space.
Paul Deeprose is the founder of The Career Gym, renowned for helping people ‘give their careers a workout’. As a career coach, Paul has worked with global brands such as McDonalds, Boohoo, GymShar and Not on the High Street, amongst others.
