These are practices often spoken about that allow us to gain clarity, re-frame challenging beliefs, find perspective and create inner states of calm and connection.
Though we often hear of the importance of meditation and/or journaling for self care and health, many are not sure where or how to start, others unsure why to start in the first place.
Attendees will learn simple but effective meditation and breathwork techniques to build energy in the morning and wind down in the evening. They will also learn why journaling is so beneficial and experience a number of different exercises and styles to immediately see its benefits.
