Cross-Cultural Leadership and Team Awareness

This flexible, interactive workshop is designed for leadership teams or groups within organisations that work across diverse cultures. The workshop will cover leadership in cross-cultural settings and help diverse teams build awareness and collaborate more effectively. The session will include engaging activities and insightful discussions that provide practical tools to navigate cultural dynamics, strengthen communication, and improve team collaboration. It’s ideal for smaller, interactive groups of up to 15-20 participants, with pricing adjusted for larger audiences, where the format may shift to more informative and entertaining content.

This training can be delivered either in-person or online, depending on your needs and booked as a Half Day Awareness Training with Reflective Exercises (£2,500+) or as a Full Day Immersion Training (£4,500+).
