Having empathy for other people's emotions and feelings is an important part of building trusting and effective relationships.

However this can sometimes be damaging if we don't put boundaries in place, and can actually be self-destructive.

In this session with Josh we'll explore:

  • When we should take responsibility for when we sense and feel other people's emotions
  • When we should allow other people to take responsibility for those emotions
  • Some of the ways to build more empathy into our conversations and relationships
  • Ways to create more boundaries in our empathetic conversations.
  • The '4 C's and '4 A's' frameworks for how we process and move through our own emotions.
  • Identifying our emotions in our body and how we can sense our emotions vs other people's emotions.
