As January marks the yearly Dry Jan tradition, we look at our relationships with alcohol and how they can be improved beyond January this year. This is not a talk to demonise alcohol, instead an exploration into our relationships with it.
Josh grew up with a parent who struggled with alcohol and he went on to have his own addictions and struggles with alcohol. Fast forward, and Josh has been sober for nearly a decade and now works with the amazing charity National Association for Children of Alcoholics (NACOA).
