Given that nowadays 1 in 8 couples struggle with natural conception, there has never been such an important time to discuss how we can work with nature and change our environments to increase our chances of natural conception.

There are many factors that influence fertility - lifestyle, environment and unhealthy food choices all affect our biological pathways and can lead to fertility issues.

Drawing from Audrey's own experience of unexplained infertility for many years and her work with couples who struggle with fertility issues, this session covers:

  • Understanding what prevents the healthy growth of egg and sperm.
  • What foods are detrimental to sperm/egg quality.
  • How to read the female cycle and how to identify ovulation through cervical changes.
  • Why it is important to have a healthy gut flora and how this is connected to estrogen
    • You will learn how to support your immune system and why it plays a crucial role in fertility.
  • You will learn what is the best preconception diet to follow to optimise your body for conception
