This session with wellness coach and bestselling author Pat Divilly will dive deep into the area of motivation and look at practical tools to support confidence, clarity and consistency in work and life.

Moving beyond the need for external motivation this session will give new insight and practical exercises to build confidence, consistency and motivation from within.

Participants will-

  • Discover their own unique core values which act as a compass to support consistent progress and action
  • Learn simple written tools for recognising growth, building confidence and learning through challenge
  • Understand the importance of finding flow and moving out of cycles of comfort and panic
