- Box-Fit - Everyone knows boxers & martial artists are some of the fittest competitors on the planet. In this class we replicate that style of training during ‘fight camp’ which aims to condition the body through 3 minute rounds of body weight exercises. Come prepared to work hard!
- Boxing - Not only will you receive high level boxing training and conditioning but these classes are also created to develop new skills, with participants improving key moves and boxing combinations over time.
- Self Defence- Teaching you how to avoid or diffuse conflict, while equipping you with the necessary skills to deal with a confrontation, these sessions build skills, as well as confidence through practical and easy to learn methods. Controlling and overcoming greater size, strength and aggression is at the core of these classes.
- Jiu Jitsu - Brazilian Jiujitsu or BJJ as it is often referred to, is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. It is known as the self-defensive martial art that means whatever your ability, opponent or size, you’ll develop the skills to overcome them. Based on a mixture of grappling, wrestling and ancient techniques, this is a workout as much for the brain as the body!
