Join Nick, who has over 30 years experience of meditating and teaching mindfulness, for a relaxing and reflective guided meditation.
The session starts with a short talk, introducing some simple mindfulness techniques, followed by a guided meditation practice for 30 minutes.
The practice will focus on breath work with a real emphasis on self-care. There will also be some other practices designed to bring relaxation as well as reflection to your day.
Nick Kientsch is a former Buddhist monk, with over 30 years of experience practising and teaching meditation and mindfulness. His work now centres around supporting people’s mental health, in particular those in the LGBTQ+ community.
