Join Nick's 30-minute guided meditation for relaxation, breathwork, and self-care techniques to ease anxiety.
Join Nick, who has over 30 years experience of meditating and teaching mindfulness, for a relaxing and reflective guided meditation. Connect with a sense of peace and vitality. Calm the ‘washing machine mind’ and find the peace that is already here as you use the awareness of your body to ground, centre and explore the present moment.
No previous experience is needed as the sessions are fully guided. If you have tried meditating before and feel this is not for you, Nick offers an accessible way into the practice, remembering that this is a meditation practice not a meditation perfect….we do not have to achieve anything as we meditate, instead we learn to pay attention, notice and relax into being aware of the present moment through feeling our body, noticing emotions and becoming familiar with the flow of thoughts.
Nick shares from his experience of being “a mess in progress” for the last 30 years, offering some tips and support so you can enjoy the beauty of life and learn how to meet some of the stresses of life with a little more kindness.
We all know how busy the mind is. Here you’ll learn some simple methods to help calm, centre and reinvigorate yourself.
