We offer a variety of classes beyond yoga, pilates, running and strength training. Our network allows us to customise classes to your needs.
Outside of yoga, pilates, running and strength and fitness classes we have a large network of instructors so it is very easy for us to create bespoke classes or tailor classes to suit your needs.
An example of another class we have helped source is Dance Fitness / Zumba which gives attendees a full body workout, using dance moves and upbeat tunes to get you moving. Combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, this class incorporates the interval training technique to boost fitness and enhanced energy levels with a healthy dose of endorphins following each class.
