In this session, Josh gives his view on why so many of us experience loneliness, despite seemingly being well connected and with good support groups.
Josh argues that much of loneliness is driven by how much of ourselves we are able to share with people, not just by how many people we have around us. Feelings of being alone, even in a crowded room are common, and usually come from a place of being unable to share who we really are.
