This session will explore how muting our intersectional needs can impact our workplace culture and productivity for those that identify as women.
We will learn different models for managing emotions, understanding basic human rights and challenging difficult spaces through effective communication and dialogue. The workshop will focus on how intersectionality shows up for individuals and provide leaders with ways they can use a top-down and bottom-up approach to bridge the gap so more women from diverse communities can thrive in the workplace.
