Do you really know who you work with? Need a little ‘something-something’ to boost morale?
Increased remote and hybrid working have widened the disconnect within workforces. Join an award-winning storytelling facilitator for a fun-filled hour of learning how to tap into your own personal narrative!
Workshop Outline:
Former consultant paediatrician Dr Lalith Wijedoru featured as one of the subjects of a group portrait by Mexican-born folk artist Aliza Nisenbaum in her 2021 Tate Liverpool exhibition showcasing NHS workers of the global pandemic. Why? Not for his role as a doctor, but for his skills as a storytelling facilitator to support the wellbeing of NHS staff during times of crisis.
“Lalith Wijedoru was a ground-shaking speaker. His profound insights into how self-perception shapes our professional lives were illuminating, refreshing, and deeply resonant.”
“It was lovely to have the opportunity to share with colleagues at a deeper level and widen the scope of our experience of each other. I surprisingly felt really comfortable dropping my guard.”
“This was intriguing! The person I was paired with had a very different story and background to mine. It was so lovely to discover that and connect in such a meaningful way.”
“I have known [colleague] for decades and know her well. However, today we both discovered totally new things we didn’t know about each other so that was great. This was a truly surprising session!”
