Dr Lalith Wijedoru is a former NHS consultant paediatrician in emergency medicine. He founded Behind Your Mask, a company specializing in the crafting and sharing of our true, personal stories in 2021. He is a Welldoing Inspiration Award nominee, Strategic Partner of the All-In Diversity Project, and staff engagement award winner including the Health Services Journal and Excellence in People Awards.
