Andy is a dedicated and experienced mindfulness trainer with over a decade of experience coaching individuals and conducting workshops and courses for companies such as Deloitte, Lloyds, and Unilever, as well as in schools and prisons. Andy’s journey with meditation began in his late twenties, transforming his life from one of anxiety and emotional disconnection to one of relaxation, happiness, and fulfillment. His passion lies in sharing these benefits in a way that is accessible and meaningful to others, with his sessions consistently leaving participants feeling less stressed and overwhelmed, and more calm, clear, and positive. During the COVID lockdowns in 2020, Andy founded a men’s group to explore masculinity and to deepen his ability to be vulnerable and open with other men. He believes mindfulness is a lifelong journey and continually strives to deepen his practice through courses, coaching, retreats, reading, podcasts, yoga, and meditation. Outside of work, Andy enjoys improv, clowning, and recently completed a stand-up comedy course. Andy is also an enthusiast of Forró, a partner dance similar to salsa that not many have heard of, but is incredibly fun!
