Raising awareness for the problems faced by those living with mental illness, Mental Health Awareness Week aims to tackle stigma and help people understand and prioritise their own, and others' mental health. This year’s theme is Movement: moving for our mental health; Being active is so important, but many struggle to get enough exercise, this focus aims to help people find moments for movement in their daily routines.
